The general delivery day of the printing is 2-3 working days. A large number of orders and special items are subject to confirmation of delivery date by staff.
Notes: Delivery arrival time will also be delayed due to the following conditions. For example, transportation company arrangements, weather effects, traffic conditions, and failure to contact the consignee at the time of delivery. In the event that the above reasons fail to arrive on time, the company will not be responsible for all compensation and legal liability arising from delivery delays.
– If needed, we can arrange SF Express to deliver the goods and the freight change will be paid by customers.
– In ordinary circumstances, the goods can only be delivered by pull up banners or rolled-up products (less than 140CM) .For large products, e.g. foamboard or giant banners, we will suggest choose for delivery by van.
– If needed, we are calling by van for deliver goods to help customers and the freight charge will be paid by customers.
– The delivery charge will be different depends on the delivery districts; the final charge will according to the quotation of the van’s company.
Terms and Conditions:
- Customer is required to inspect the quantity and quality of products received; return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.
- The Company withholds the right to destroy any finished products which are not delivered after 30 calendar days upon collection date. In such circumstances, any deposit and nor pre-payment will not be refunded.
- Our delivery districts include Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only.
- Customer can specify the delivery date, but the final delivery time will depend on that day traffic situation.
- Each order is only available for one delivery location, and cannot be combined.
- Delivery service charge is needed to be quoted separately if large volume on delivery, individually wrapped products, queue up for delivery or warehouse, entering cargo handling area, funeral parlor, or pier would be needed.
- Delivery service is not applicable to Outlying Islands, as well as restricted areas, roads which prohibits truck weighted 5.5 tones or above, exhibition site, apartment / houseboat under renovation, boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony. Should deliveries be made to a ferry terminal, customer must arrange their own drop off or pick up logistics.
- Delivery service is not contained the parking fee. Extra parking fee will be charged the actually cost payment to customer during loading or offloading at customer’s car park or premises.
- Parking service must be available for the delivery address. If the delivery address cannot be parked, we will contact customer to collect the finished goods at the nearest parking space.
- Buildings without lift or products can only access through staircases, additional fee will be charges.
- The delivery fee will not be refunded if no one receives the goods at the delivery address on the delivery date. If you need to arrange the delivery again and shall pay the additional delivery fee.
- When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted on the scheduled delivery date or the day before, delivery services will be postponed or cancelled, and the delivery services will be rescheduled. We will contact customer shortly and delivery takes within 7 days.
- If customer would like to reschedule or cancel the delivery service, please contact us before the previous working day at 12:00, otherwise we reserve the right to reject.
